Norwegian Joy to Receive Major Refresh in 2024

Get ready for a cruise of a lifetime! The Norwegian Joy will undergo a revitalization in early 2024, departing from Miami and sailing to Colombia, Panama, Guatemala, Mexico and the Caribbean. The ship was scheduled to offer four cruises between January 6th and February 16th but unfortunately these have had to be cancelled.

Norwegian Cruise Line apologized for this inconvenience in an email sent out to booked guests, offering full monetary refunds of paid fares plus 100 percent refund of used Future Cruise Credit (FCC) points. Refunds will be automatically processed within 30 business days.

The refurbishment is part of an expanding refit and drydock market according to Cruise Industry News' 2023 Drydock and Refurbishment Report.
